‘Suicide Squad Isekai’ Release Date and How to Watch

We’ve seen DC’s Suicide Squad in many iterations, including live-action movie versions, cartoons, and video game characters. Now, fans will get to see this ragtag group of supervillains come together in anime form in Suicide Squad Isekai.
Under Amanda Waller’s watchful eye, Harley Quinn, Peacekeeper, Deadshot, King Shark and Clayface are sent through a portal to another world to complete a mission where magic, dragons and orcs exist. Will they make it in time with ticking bombs strapped to their necks? Captured and out of options, they find themselves on the battlefield.
Directed by Eri Osada, the 10-episode series features music by Tomoyasu Hotei and Mori Calliope. However Joker appeared on the show, several other baddies will also appear — get ready for anime interpretations of Rat Catcher, Enchantress, The Thinker, and Killer Croc.

Release Date and Where to Stream ‘Suicide Squad Isekai’
Suicide Squad Isekai will debut on Thursday, June 27 On Max and Hulu in the US. Episodes will air weekly on Thursdays until the Season 1 finale in August.
If you have standalone subscriptions to both Disney Plus and Hulu, or are a Disney bundle customer, you can also watch content on Hulu in the Disney Plus app.
Max is home to tons of DC content, including originals, movies, and animated releases. You can also stream titles from HBO, Discovery, TLC and more. A basic subscription with ads costs $10 per month, but you can go ad-free for $17 per month or upgrade to the ad-free 4K version for $21 per month.
